WATCH: Gunman robs Pizza Hut in North Philly

Police are looking to identify and locate the suspect who is wanted in the robbery of a Pizza Hut in Glenwood.

Police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect wanted in the robbery of a Pizza Hut in North Philadelphia.

In surveillance video released by police Monday, an unknown male suspect can be seen entering the Pizza Hut at 2916 N. Broad St. in Glenwood on Aug. 20 at 10:30 p.m.

He approaches the counter and points a gun at the 19-year-old female employee behind the counter, police said. The suspect demands money from the register, and the employee complies, giving him an unknown amount of cash, they said.

The suspect then flees the store in an unknown direction.

Police describe the suspect as a clean-shaven, 20- to 30-year-old black male with a thin build, wearing sunglasses, all dark clothing and armed with a handgun.
