Taproom on 19th will host its 3rd Annual Gravy Contest on Oct. 2 at the restaurant.

Twenty contestants will compete for the honor of their gravy and meatballs being crowned "Best in Philly." Besides the bragging rights, there's also a $100 prize up for grabs.

Meatballs and gravy will be judged separately, so there are two chances to win.

According to the event Facebook page, those who wish to enter the competition should email Michael Strauss for more information.
