Percy Street Barbecue is bringing back its All-You-Can-Eat Ribs special this winter. Every Wednesday, starting tonight at 5 p.m., Percy Street will serve up endless ribs, fries, coleslaw and cornbread. The price is a bit steep at $27 per person, but if you try really hard, you can probably break even.
So how exactly does chef Erin O'Shea make these ribs you will be eating all night? Well, they're cured overnight with salt and sugar; smoked; braised with chipotle, root beer and orange juice (yes, really); and then grilled with a homemade glaze.
Now, all we need is someone to test just how endless this meal is a la Gawker's investigation of TGI Friday's endless mozzarella sticks.
