South Street's Percy Street Barbecue is offering guests a chance to customize their BBQ meal. Beginning April 4, the restaurant will host its own Meat Week, where guests choose three smoked meats for their plate.
There will be a total of six smoked meats to choose between. The options are Creekstone Farms sliced brisket, chopped brisket, ribs, chicken, pulled pork and pork belly.
Then add collard greens, burnt end beans, German potato salad, coleslaw and Martin’s potato rolls to the dish.
Dinner for two is $45. When planning a reservation note that during the week the restaurant opens at 5 p.m., but opens at 11:30 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
