After opening the first of several "flexible format" stores in Center City last month, Target is holding a job fair for its next location set to open this fall in Rittenhouse Square.
The company plans to hire 70 people for the store at 1900 Chestnut Street, said Colleen Hastings, who will lead the team in Rittenhouse.
Prospective applicants can go to the Sonesta Hotel at 1800 Market Street to inquire. Hours and times are as follows:
Thursday, August 11: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday, August 12: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, August 13: 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Target has taken an aggressive strategy in the Philly metro area, with additional plans for a Fairmount store and a fourth location in Roxborough announced last month.
