Cuba Libre will celebrate National Empanada Day on Saturday, April 8, with an empanada happy hour.
This year, the restaurant is starting its annual party earlier than usual, with $1 empanadas available beginning at 4 p.m.
Choose from these four options:
• Del Campo: Pulled pork, roasted poblano, charred tomatoes
• Picadillo: Ground beef, Manzanilla olives and raisins
• De la Casa: Hand chopped chicken, corn and Jack cheese
• Del Jardín: Grilled artichoke hearts, salt cured tomatoes, feta cheese
The deal will be available at the bar and on the patio until 7 p.m. As for drinks, there will be a $5 mojito.
