I-95 reopens in Bucks County, 10 hours after fatal crash

The northbound lanes of I-95 near Bensalem have reopened, more than 10 hours after a six-vehicle crash that killed one motorist.

Fox29 reported the lanes were opened to traffic just before 11:30 p.m.

The man who died was identified as 58-year-old Paul Mirys of Trenton, NBC10 reported.

The highway was closed in the aftermath of the crash, which occurred around 1:15 p.m. Several motorists were injured.

A truck carrying garbage went through the guardrail and overturned on the scene, reports indicated. Four cars and another tractor-trailer were involved in the chain-reaction crash.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
