Conshohocken restaurant launches 'New Year's Resolution Menu'

Restaurants Isabella
Marinated Kale and Brussel Sprouts Dallyn Pavey/for PhillyVoice

Marinated kale and brussel sprouts salad, one of five courses from the New Year's menu.

Conshohocken's Mediterranean-inspired Isabella Restaurant is determined to not let you forget about that New Year's diet.

Today through Feb. 12, Isabella is offering a separate New Year's Resolution menu, one that Chef Michael Cappon has loaded with what's being labeled as "superfoods."

The menu is offered ala carte, but is intended as a $40, five-course combo. (I know, I know -- indulging in a five-course meal at all sounds a little counterproductive.) With headliners like "marinated kale" and what's essentially dressed-up yogurt with blueberries (see: "Kefir and Blueberries"), I don't think anyone's debating that the menu's plenty healthy.

For anyone wondering, Conshohocken already had its restaurant week in September -- so, y'all will have to make due with this.

See the menu below:
