The four Philly high school seniors were chosen for their GPAs and financial need by Hart and the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) to receive $50,000 scholarships.
"Time to give out some money," Hart said as he handed out the scholarships to the unsuspecting students.
The four seniors will also get the chance to head to Atlanta for the UNCF's Evening of Stars on April 26.
