More than 160 artists and makers will fill the New Hope-Solebury High School parking lot for the 32nd annual New Hope Arts & Crafts Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, and Sunday, Sept. 27. The festival will take place rain or shine, and admission is $5 per person.
There will be plenty to browse, including paintings, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, woodwork, photography, fiber art, glass and mixed-media pieces. All participating artists are selected by a jury.
Between stops at the artist booths, attendees can listen to live music, watch demonstrations or grab something from the food trucks. C Food options include tacos, barbecue, lobster rolls, crab cake sandwiches, Thai sticky rice, tea and coffee. hildren’s art activities also will be offered throughout the weekend.
The festival runs from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. Parking behind the high school and Upper Elementary School is available for a $5 cash donation. Accessible parking is limited.
Those who want to spend more time in town can take a free shuttle between the festival and South Main Street near Bucks County Playhouse. The shuttle runs from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Additional parking is available downtown and at Union Square.
