Pennsylvania SPCA hosting event with Flyers' Shayne Gostisbehere

Tickets include open bar and opportunity to snap a pic with the NHL player

The Pennsylvania SPCA is throwing a special holiday "Yappy Hour" event on Friday, Dec. 15, with the Philadelphia Flyers' Shayne Gostisbehere.

Tickets are $50 and include appetizers, open bar, a raffle, a gift bag and the opportunity to take photographs and meet Gostisbehere – he will not be signing autographs, only posing for photos.

There are also a limited number of $125 VIP tickets, which include a 45-minute happy hour to privately mingle with Gostisbehere.

His dogs, Cooper and Pippa, are also expected to make a special appearance.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the PSPCA. The holiday Yappy Hour will also act as a platform to announce the GhostBear Foundation in Philadelphia. Animal welfare is among one of its core missions.
