Police seeking gunman in road rage incident on I-95 in South Philadelphia

An investigation is underway after a shooting incident Tuesday on Interstate 95 in South Philadelphia.

Pennsylvania State Police say the incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. on the northbound lanes of I-95 near theĀ Broad Street exit.

The gunman fired one shot from a semi-automatic handgun that struck the rear portion on the passenger side of the victim's vehicle. The suspect drove away from the area using the Broad Street exit.

The suspect is described as black man in his 30s with facial hair.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a black early-2000 model Chevrolet Impala.
