Fashion entrepreneur, motivational speaker and television personality Daymond John is working on a plan to start an incubator that will potentially address the needs of kids with learning disabilities such as dyslexia and attention deficit disorder.

In an interview with Inc., the FUBU founder and 'Shark Tank' panel member affectionately known as the "The People's Shark" said that he has contacted partner organizations and other individuals to help get the initiative off the ground.

"I want it to be a little different in regards to the angle," said John, who has dyslexia. "I'm corralling all our great corporate partners as well as my personal 'Sharks' to look into an incubator that I think will be powerful."

At Inc.'s recent GrowCo conference, John spoke to an audience about his preference to be regarded as a notable person rather than a celebrity, also revealing what he's learned from 'Shark Tank.'
