"21 Days to Lean & Green" is a three-week, virtual "plant empowered journey" to a healthy life.

Spring cleaning doesn't have to just be about re-organizing your home. Take the opportunity to give your body a healthy spring cleanse as well, so you can feel rejuvenated and ready for all the season has to offer.

Sherrie Castellano, a former Philadelphia resident and certified health and wellness coach, is facilitating 21 Days to Lean & Green, a three-week, "virtually organized, plant empowered journey" to a healthy life.

"Together we’re going to eat really good food, celebrate this life we have the privilege of living and get you feeling the healthiest you’ve felt in a really long time," she writes on her blog, With Food & Love.

For $165, members will receive a 45-minute health coaching session, personal email check-ins, more than 100 plant-based, clean-eating recipes and more.

Each member will be invited to join the private and super confidential Lean + Green | April group. Think of this group as your own special little club, a safe place to vent your struggles, share your goals, celebrate your triumphs and feel accounted for. I use the group page to send out positive vibes, inspiration and facilitate group discussions.

The next session starts April 13. Those who enroll by Friday will receive 10 percent off.

Castellano recently moved to St. Louis after living in Philadelphia for five years.

See details about the program on her blog.
