The 8-year-old girl fatally shot in Sharon Hill after the football game at Academy Park High School on Aug. 27 likely was struck by gunfire from police officers, the Delaware County District Attorney said Thursday. The shooting, which happened after the game against Pennsbury, appears to have stemmed from a driveby shooting. Bility and three others, including her 13-year-old sister, were struck by responsive gunfire from police, according to a preliminary investigation.September 2, 2021
