Dimitrios Moscharis, 34, of West Chester, has been charged with attempted murder and related offenses in the beating of his girlfriend's 9-year-old daughter on Nov. 23, 2020. The incident occurred at a home in Westtown Township, where prosecutors said the victim had been abused for weeks. The girl suffered 'near-fatal' injuries and was placed in critical condition at a local hospital.

Comcast will introduce an internet usage threshold of 1.2 terabytes in 14 states and Washington, D.C. starting on Jan. 1. Customers who exceed the limit will be billed an additional $10 for every 50 GB they exceed the threshold. The Philadelphia-based cable giant and internet service provider says only 5% of its customers will be affected.
