West Chester man charged in near-fatal beating of 9-year-old girl
Dimitrios Moscharis, 34, of West Chester, has been charged with attempted murder and related offenses in the beating of his girlfriend's 9-year-old daughter on Nov. 23, 2020. The incident occurred at a home in Westtown Township, where prosecutors said the victim had been abused for weeks.
