Watch: 23-year-old speaks out following carjacking, kidnapping in eastern Pa.

A 23-year-old New York woman has shared her horrific experience of being carjacked and kidnapped at a gas station in eastern Pennsylvania in a video interview obtained by 6ABC.com.

According to the article and video interview, shown here, the victim, Rachel Stephenson, of Long Island, New York, had stopped for gas in eastern Pennsylvania en route to SUNY Binghamton when police say the suspect, 18-year-old Raliek Chambers, jumped in her vehicle and forced her inside.

Stephenson told 6ABC's sister station WABC-TV that Chambers said, "You're my hostage. They won't shoot a young black kid in the car if there's a pretty white girl in the passenger seat."

The ordeal lasted more than two hours and ended when police say Chambers stopped for gas near Frackville, Pa., and Stephenson made her break.

Chambers was arrested near Harrisburg after a high-speed chase with the Pennsylvania State Police, and bail has been set at $100,000.
