Philadelphia Museum of Art to host 'Divas & Queens'

Red 40 & The Last Groovement will perform at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art will host The Bearded LadiesKate Nyx and Red 40 & The Last Groovement on Friday, Jan. 27, as part of its "Divas & Queens" event.

Burlesque performer Kate Nyx will give "detours" of the galleries, exploring the history of burlesque and representation of the body in art. 

The Bearded Ladies will premiere "Color Me Bearded," an homage to Barbra Streisand's 1966 "Color Me Barbra" TV special filmed in the museum's galleries.

Red 40 & The Last Groovement will provide live music. 

"Divas & Queens" is free with museum admission, which is $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and $14 for students and children age 13-18. An additional ticket is required for "Color Me Bearded." The cost is $25 but includes museum admission.

Beer, wine and tapas will be available for purchase in the museum from Starr Catering.
