A former Malvern Prep School swim coach and counselor received five years probation Monday for attempting to sexually seduce a 16-year-old student with a promise of admission to Harvard University.

According to Philly.com, a Chester County Court judge sentenced 41-year-old Emily Feeney, a resident of Wayne and the mother of young children, to five years of probation after she admitted to the accusations.

Feeney was fired last year for allegedly using her position to try to coerce the male juvenile at the all-boys high school and was arrested in August. She has since been out on bail.

The extent of her seduction including kissing the student on school grounds as well as sending him more than 9,000 texts and emails, some associated with her Malvern Prep faculty email account, “including photos of herself in states of undress.”

According to police investigations, the student repeatedly asked her to stop, which involved sending her a message that read "I'm not interested in you, end of story. I'm 16 I'm not into you."

The judge Monday also ruled that Feeney must register as a sex offender on Megan’s Law for 15 years, Philly.com reports.
