The porn star that provided racy details on a sexual encounter with former reality television star Josh Duggar at a Philly strip club is suing him, according to reports.
People Magazine reports that Duggar, 27, is being hit with a lawsuit from Danica Dillon, who alleges that he assaulted her after he paid for her "services."
The lawsuit's details mirror an interview with Dillon in August where she revealed what she claims was a night in March at Center City's Gold Club where she was dancing. More from People:
In the legal papers, Dillon says she was a featured performer at The Gold Club in Philadelphia, where Duggar allegedly paid her about $600 for lap dances. After, she claims he invited her to his hotel room, where they agreed to have sex. Then, he allegedly "manhandled" her to the point that she "felt as if she were being raped." She says he paid her $1,500 "for her company."
He also allegedly tried apologizing and met with her a month later after she had a performance at a Montgomery County strip club. That night, Dillon says he assaulted her again. From legal documents acquired from In Touch Magazine:
However, his motive for his "apology" was to deceive the Plaintiff into another private meeting with her where he engaged in identical tortious conduct causing Plaintiff to suffer severe emotional and physical damage.
Dillon, who is married with two kids and whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, is seeking $500,000 in damages. The sex was consensual, she admits.
Duggar's public image has been tarnished after gaining notoriety on the TLC show 19 Kids and Counting, which followed a large family that holds a deep Christian faith.
The show was cancelled after allegations he sexually assaulted minors as a teenager surfaced. Two of his sisters publicly forgave him for molesting them.
He also admitted cheating on his wife after a hack of the Ashley Madison website revealed him as a user. The site is used for husbands seeking infidelity.
