Za-Riah Montgomery, 16, went missing from her North Philadelphia home on December 29.

Philadelphia police are seeking help from the public to locate a 16-year-old girl who has gone missing from her home in North Philadelphia and may be at risk without her medication for bipolar disorder and depression.

According to authorities, Zah-Riah Montgomery was last seen December 29 around 7:00 p.m. at her home on the 3300 block of North 22nd street.

She is described as 5'5'' and 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The outfit she wore when she was last seen included a black jacket with a brown fur hood, a gray Mickey Mouse sweater, blue jeans and black sneakers.

Authorities believe she may be located around 25th and Indiana Avenue.

Anyone with information on Zah-Riah's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
