The BBQ ShackMeister Burger is made with an all-natural Angus beef cheeseburger, topped with crispy ShackMeister Ale-marinated shallots and Shack BBQ sauce.
For a limited time, Shake Shake will offer a barbecue menu. The new items will be available beginning Tuesday, Feb. 7.
Find the BBQ burger, chicken and fries in every Shake Shack across the country, except for those located in airports, stadiums or ballparks. Sorry, no special menu for Wells Fargo attendees.
Limited-edition BBQ items include:
• The BBQ ShackMeister Burger - An all-natural Angus beef cheeseburger topped with crispy ShackMeister Ale-marinated shallots and Shack BBQ sauce.
• The BBQ Chick’n Shack - Crispy, all-natural and antibiotic-free chicken breast coated with Shack BBQ sauce and topped with pickles.
• The BBQ Bacon Cheese Fries - Crinkle-cut fries get an upgrade with all-natural smoked Niman Ranch bacon, Shack BBQ sauce and cheese sauce.
For some reason, crinkle-cut fries just taste better.
“Our Shack BBQ sauce takes inspiration from a few of our favorite regional BBQ styles, from the thick and rich tomato-based Kansas City style to the tangy South Carolina mustard style," Mark Rosati, culinary director of Shake Shack, stated in a press release.
There will also be three limited-edition shakes (now available), although they aren't very backyard barbecue-themed. The shakes are Mint Cookies & Cream, Mud Pie and Salted Vanilla Toffee.
