Where the Eagles' 2019 season went wrong, part I: Big pass plays allowed

In 2019, including the playoffs, the Philadelphia Eagles allowed 16 pass plays of 40-plus yards, or just a hair under one per game. No team allowed more. To get an idea of what went wrong, I found all of them, in addition to some other big plays that were just shy of 40 yards.

Final thoughts (and spoilers) on Amazon's 'All or Nothing: A Season with the Philadelphia Eagles'

In case you were unaware, Amazon's "All or Nothing" sports-documentary franchise went behind the scenes of the 2019 Philadelphia Eagles, tracking them from training camp to the end of the season. The series will air on Amazon Prime Video on February 7. The folks at Amazon were kind enough to send me an advance copy of episodes 1-4. Source: Eagles to hire Aaron Moorehead as wide receivers coach

According to a source, the Philadelphia Eagles are hiring Aaron Moorehead to be their wide receivers coach. Moorehead was the wide receivers coach for Vanderbilt, and previously coached wide receivers at Texas A&M and Virginia Tech.

Report: Eagles to promote Press Taylor, add two others to offensive staff

The Philadelphia Eagles have promoted quarterbacks coach Press Taylor to passing game coordinator, according to a report from Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Taylor will also retain his quarterback coach responsibilities, according to the report.
