Canned cocktails will be sold in Pennsylvania grocery stores. A bill which passed both chambers of the state legislature would allow businesses besides the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to sell the drinks. Gov. Josh Shapiro plans to sign it into law.

New law requires Philly tow truck drivers to provide photographic evidence of parking violations
