Meek Mill will make his Roots Picnic debut this summer, joining a stacked lineup of soul, rap and rock stars.
Repeat performer D'Angelo will headline the 2025 festival, which takes over the Mann Center from Saturday, May 31, through Sunday, June 1. The R&B crooner will perform alongside the Roots. Other returning acts include GloRilla, Jeezy, 2 Chainz, Musiq Soulchild, Pusha T and Kaytranada. But it'll be the first Roots Picnic for Philadelphia native Mill, as well as the top-billed rocker, Lenny Kravitz. Additional performers will be announced at a later date.
General tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. The presale begins at 10 a.m. Tuesday and runs through 11:59 p.m. Thursday. Fans can sign up for an access code on the festival's website.
The last Roots Picnic drew sold-out crowds to Fairmount Park, where Lil' Wayne led a tribute to New Orleans music. André 3000, Jill Scott and Shaboozey also performed.
