Ocean County firefighters are battling a wildfire that began Tuesday night in the area of Lakehurst and Manchester Township, New Jersey. The blaze had consumed about 3,800 acres by late Wednesday morning, prompting residents to evacuate overnight along with several road closures, including parts of Route 539 and Route 70.

Stephen Capaldi, 57, of Sellersville, pleaded guilty to killing his wife, Beth Capaldi, and dismembering her body at their home in Bucks County last October, prosecutors said. Capaldi will spend between 22 and 44 years in state prison and must pay restitution to his daughter to cover funeral expenses for Beth's funeral.

Independence Beer Garden opens for its ninth season in Old City on Wednesday, April 12. The open air, 20,000-square-foot beer garden has 40 taps of regional and domestic beer to go with a menu of familiar favorites and new items. The beer garden initially will be open Wednesdays through Sundays until after Memorial Day, when it will be open seven days a week.

Cheltenham police are seeking to identify the man who shot and killed Rachel King, 35, at the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru at the Melrose Shopping Center on Tuesday morning. The suspect fled in a light-colored sedan and remains at-large. King's 11-year-old son was in the back seat of her vehicle during the shooting.

"It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" now has a new special edition Monopoly game packed with themes and references from the long-running FXX sitcom. The variation on the classic game trades the fabled Boardwalk and Park Place spaces for the likes of Paddy's Pub, Dennis and Mac's apartment and other memorable locations from the show. Instead playing as the top hat or the thimble, this version of Monopoly has Rum Ham, Kitten "Mittons" and Poppins, Mac's ancient family dog.

A Bucks County man was charged Monday for allegedly killing his mother over the weekend and dumping her body in a shed in Northeast Philadelphia, prosecutors said. Sean Rivera, 28, is accused of spiking his mother's iced tea with fentanyl at their home in Falls Township before driving her to the shed, where he allegedly shot her multiple times before locking her inside with a recently purchased padlock, authorities said.

A red-tailed hawk with the rare genetic condition leucism was rescued near Mercersburg, Pennsylvania in March after it was found covered in cooking oil and unable to fly. Leucism affects pigmentation, resulting in lighter colors. This hawk stands out from typical red-tailed hawks that have brown and dark red feathers. The hawk was taken to the Raven Ridge Wildlife Center in Lancaster County, where she has been rehabilitated.
