Hunter charged in teen's fatal shooting at Nockamixon State Park

Kenneth Troy Heller, 52, of Warminster, is charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Jason Kutt at Nockamixon State Park on Oct. 24, 2020. Bucks County prosecutors say. Kutt was at the park with his girlfriend when Heller, a hunter, allegedly fired the fatal shot from a distance. Heller failed to provide aid and did not contact authorities about the incident.

Pennsylvania will lift COVID-19 restrictions on indoor dining, gyms, museums, casinos and other business on Jan. 4, 2021. Gov. Tom Wolf said the decision reflects falling coronavirus case counts and the success of the state's limited-time mitigation measures that were put into effect amid a surge in cases, hospitalizations and deaths.
