Kenneth Troy Heller, 52, of Warminster, is charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Jason Kutt at Nockamixon State Park on Oct. 24, 2020. Bucks County prosecutors say. Kutt was at the park with his girlfriend when Heller, a hunter, allegedly fired the fatal shot from a distance. Heller failed to provide aid and did not contact authorities about the incident.
