Penn Relays documentary explores history, cultural significance of annual track meet at Franklin Field

The film 'The Carnival: 125 Years of the Penn Relays,' looks at the history of the oldest and largest track-and-field meet. The Penn Relays take place annually in Philadelphia at Franklin Field on the University of Pennsylvania's campus. The documentary will be screened at New Hope Film Festival in April.
