A traffic cam, its lense bathed in the glare of the setting sun, shows the Wednesday afternoon jam on I-95 at Girard Avenue.
An accident on I-95 northbound is causing traffic delays for the Wednesday evening commute.
A tanker truck and another vehicle were involved in the accident, which occurred around 4:14 p.m. between Exit 22 (I-676/US 30) and Exit 23 (Girard Ave/Lehigh Ave), CBSPhilly reports.
The two right lanes are closed to traffic, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
