A woman managed to escape after robbers broke into her Philadelphia home, tied her up and ordered her outside, according to authorities.

Police released surveillance video Friday of the home invasion that occurred on the 5600 block of Woodbine Avenue near the Saint Joseph's University campus early Wednesday morning.

The two male suspects entered the home around 5 a.m. and went into one of the female residents' basement bedrooms, tied her wrists with zip ties and placed duct tape over her mouth, police said.

The men took her purse, car keys, iPhone and iPad, and then ordered the woman to go outside, police said.

The woman was able to flee, police said, and the suspects drove away in her 2006 Hyundai Sonata.
