Visitors stand in awe of Isaiah Zagar’s artistic wonderland, Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens, located on South Street. The local artist uses ceramic tile, mirrors and found objects to create colorful and unusual mosaic murals.

The series "Twilight in the Gardens" at Philadelphia's Magic Gardens returns on Friday, April 22. Every fourth Friday from April to October, the South Philly garden will feature a craft and concert. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blanket, snacks and beer or other beverage to enjoy while there.

Kicking off the 2016 series will be music collaborative Son Step, an indie band from Philly. The performance will begin at 8 p.m. Before, artist Alex Eckman-Lawna Philly-born illustrator, will lead an art project.

Guided tours through the mosaic garden will be available throughout the evening, as well.
