Thursday, Nov. 17, marks the release of this year's batch of Beaujolais Nouveau. According to French law, the wine is released on the third Thursday of each November.

The special wine is made from Gamay grapes, which are only grown in the Beaujolais region of France.

Celebrate by drinking (and eating) at these locations:

Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar

The restaurant will be celebrating by hosting a prix-fixe, five-course dinner accompanied by wine pairings from the Beaujolais region. The dinner will be served at all Harvest locations at 6:30 p.m.

The meal includes striped bass and coq au vin. A vegetarian option is also available. Reservations are encouraged, as seating is limited.

Drink this year's vintage of Jean-Paul Brun's Terres Dorées at all three Tria Cafe locations. A speciality Beaujolais Rosé also will be available.

The restaurant will be pouring $9 glasses of Domaine Terres Dorées Beaujolais Nouveau from winemaker Jean-Paul Brun. Light fare inspired by the celebration also will be available.

Vintage will host its annual Beaujolais celebration, beginning at 5 p.m. There will be complimentary pours of Beaujolais Nouveau and passed hors d'oeuvres. Be on the lookout for free berets, too.
