A male bicyclist was critically injured in a hit-and-run in Hunting Park Monday night, 6abc reports.
The 40-year-old was struck by a pickup truck at 10:15 p.m. on the 600 block of E. Erie Ave. The driver fled the scene.
The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.
Police say the vehicle, a burgundy Ford F-150, was located just a few blocks from where the victim was struck.
The incident remains under investigation as the search for the driver continues.
