Baby, It's Cold Outside!

Freeze and frost warnings blanket the Philly region – all but Philadelphia proper.

The National Weather Service warning is in effect from midnight until 9 a.m. on Monday.

While temps should stay just above freezing in the city, lows in the mid-20s overnight are possible in outlying areas.

Daytime readings will be in the lower 50s on Sunday and Monday.

The Weather Service warns that tender plants risk frost damage if left outside.
