Chesco man arrested for allegedly attempting to lure teen boys for sex

A Chester County man has pleaded guilty to attempting to lure a 15-year-old boy into sexual intercourse.

According to the Delaware County Daily Times, Rizwan Ahmed Alloo, a 42-year-old father from Glenmoore, Chester County, allegedly created an online ad seeking a young male for sex.

Authorities, disguised as a fictitious male teen, answered the ad leading to conversations between Alloo and the would-be victim via email and texts that quickly turned sexual in nature.

According to the Delco Times, police allege that Alloo sent the imposter teen nude photographs and sexual videos of himself and asked for the same in return.

He also attempted to set up a rendezvous with the teen for sex, but when he arrived at the planned location in Aston Township, Delaware County, Aston Detective Sgt. Gary Smith was there instead waiting for him and made the arrest.

Alloo has been charged with one count of attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and will be sentenced Jan. 26 following an evaluation by the state Sexual Offender Assessment Board to determine whether he meets the criteria of a sexually violent predator, the Delco Times reports.

In addition to prison time, Alloo will have to register for life as a sex offender under Megan’s Law and comply with the recommendations of a psychosexual evaluation.
