WATCH: Briere struggles with transition to business side of hockey

Danny Briere doesn't drink his coffee from a travel mug like the rest of us.

On Tuesday night, the Flyers honored Danny Briere after he retired this summer following 17 NHL season, six in Philadelphia.

It was a moving night for Briere, who received numerous standing ovations from the thousands of fans in attendance. And just like the fans thanked the 38-year-old -- as did the Flyers, in part through the video embedded at the bottom of this post -- Briere wanted to express his gratitude for all their support over the years.

After all, this is his home now. Not just the city, but the organization as well. Briere is learning the business side of the organization while working with the team's marketing department. And, appropriately, he used that transition as the theme for this video, which played on the big screen at the Wells Fargo Center during a stoppage in play. 

As far as these types of videos go -- they tend to lean towards the cheesy side -- this one was pretty funny. Even some of the players on the bench were looking up and laughing.
