The Piazza is now called Schmidt’s Commons.
Schmidt's Commons will host a DNC watch party on the final night of the convention, July 28. Attendees are invited to bring a blanket or chair to watch the concluding speeches.
The convention's grand finale will be broadcast on a huge, high-definition LED screen.
While there, enjoy food and drink outside with specials and discounts from Crabby’s Café, Gunners Run and Wahlburgers Food Truck. Bar Ferdinand, across the street at Liberties Walk, will also offer special #DNCDeals and dishes as well.
McGillin's Olde Ale House, Trolley Car Diner, Chickie's & Pete's in South Philly, Brick & Mortar, Frankford Hall and Commerce Square are also scheduled to throw DNC watch parties, beginning at 7 p.m., according to the DNC host committee's event page.
