The outdoor patio at Harper's Garden has been enclosed and now has fire pits.

Harper's Garden in Center City recently underwent a winter makeover.

The outdoor section of the restaurant-bar is now enclosed by glass windows and has fire pits, so guests can continue to enjoy beer garden vibes through the colder months.

Late-night happy hour has also kicked off. Thursday through Saturday, from 10 p.m. to midnight, guests can enjoy $8 select cocktails and $2-off draft beers.

New beverage manager Matthew Deutsch, previously at the restaurant Charlie Was a Sinner, has revamped the cocktail menu. Two new cocktails are the Smoking Esquire, served smoking, and the What's Up Doc with carrot reduction.

And starting Feb. 16, Harper's Garden will launch a new brunch menu with $20 bottomless mimosas. It will be available Saturdays and Sundays between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The menu includes hearty plates like steak & eggs and pastrami creamed chipped beef, and lighter fare like avocado toast and shakshuka.
