Lanes reopen on I-476 after crash leaves car wedged between dump truck and guardrail

Lanes have reopened on Interstate 476 in Delaware County after a crash Friday morning, NBC10 reports.

The crash occurred around 11 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the Blue Route (I-476) between the Broomall and McDade exits.

The sedan involved appeared to be heavily damaged and was pinned against a guardrail by a dump truck.

The car appeared to have its roof taken off by rescue crews.

Only one southbound lane was getting by the scene. CBSPhilly reports that all lanes have since reopened.

No injuries were immediately reported. One person was transported from the scene of the crash in an unknown condition, according to CBSPhilly.

The crash remains under investigation.
