'The Sicilian Inheritance,' the new book by Philly author Jo Piazza, tells the story of a woman accused of witchcraft in early 1900s Sicily and a relative piecing together her death. The book was inspired by the unsolved murder of her great-great grandmother, Lorenza Marsala, who may have been killed by the Italian Mafia.

An anti-gun violence initiative will fund weekly cleaning of 335 Mount Airy and Germantown blocks. Safe Steps Northwest, which received a $818,000 grant from a Pennsylvania commission, will employ Glitter to clean areas affected by gun violence from June through October.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner sued Eli Lilly, CVS, Optum and others for allegedly inflating the cost of the insulin. The lawsuit names 18 drug manufacturers, pharmacies and health insurance companies that Krasner says unfairly raised the price of the diabetes medication.

Attic Brewing Co. will host two days of wrestling matches ahead of WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia. The Germantown brewery will welcome WWE stars and local wrestlers to its beer garden on Wednesday, April 3, and Thursday, April 4. It's brewed a new beer for one of them: Big Dan Champion.

Bridge repairs will shut down lanes along I-95 in Philadelphia next week. A single lane along the northbound section of the highway between Wolf and Christian streets will close starting at 9 p.m. Monday, March 25, followed by two lanes from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. The closures will be in effect through Wednesday, March 27.
