The Philadelphia Police Department has released a surveillance video showing a man appearing to touch a child in a stroller inside a Center City store. Police are now looking to talk with the child's parents regarding the incident.

The Philadelphia Police Department has released surveillance video captured over the weekend at a Center City Dunkin' Donuts location showing a man appearing to touch a baby in a stroller before the child's caretaker intervenes.

In the video, captured on April 2 at the 1425 Locust St. location, the unidentified male suspect is first seen in the background to the side of the child’s stroller. The suspect then approaches the stroller from behind and leans over its handle, appearing to touch and possibly attempting to grab the child.

A woman, who appears to be the child’s mother or a caretaker, along with another male in the store, quickly intervene, at which point the woman quickly takes control of the stroller, with the child still safely inside, and exits the store.

Police note that the suspect’s identity is known to police and add that officers would like to speak with the child’s parents regarding the incident.
