On Sunday, May 3, the 2025 Down & Derby Wine Festival will bring the region’s top wineries to Veterans Island in Cooper River Park for a day of tastings, live entertainment, delicious food, and derby-themed activities. The festival is a proud partnership between the Camden County Board of Commissioners and Visit South Jersey, a destination marketing organization for much of the South Jersey region.
Attendees will enjoy tastings of over 20 award-winning wines from South Jersey’s top wineries. And with GoodMan Fiske Band and The Lally Brothers Band performing live, this year’s festival promises an unforgettable day of music, food, games, and more!
“The Down and Derby Wine Festival showcases all of the wonderful food and wine offerings the South Jersey region has to offer,” Commissioner Jeffrey Nash said. “Each year, this event becomes more and more popular, so we invite all of our residents to join us on May 3 at Veterans Island for a day full of delicious wine, local food and live music.”
