Water spilling from a broken hydrant was slowing traffic on a road in South Philadelphia Tuesday morning, NBC10 reports.
The break was reported around 5:45 a.m. along the 2800 block of Passyunk Ave. near the entrance to the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76).
Some lanes were blocked as a result of the spilled water, but cars appeared to be getting by.
Motorists should expect traffic delays in the area.
