While Winter Storm Stella didn't pack as big a punch as some expected, Philadelphia residents are still dealing with ice and snow on sidewalks and streets. A local supermarket chain will help customers get back to normal.
On Wednesday, Acme Markets unveiled a discount offer to entice shoppers back to stores. Dubbed the "Winter Storm Recovery Discount," Acme is offering a 10-percent off coupon to help customers restock their refrigerators and pantries.
The coupon is valid until Friday, March 17 at all Acme stores across the Delaware Valley. Shoppers are asked to print out the couple or show the offer to the store manager.
The offer cannot be applied to alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, gift cards and other products prohibited by law.
