City Tap House and Dogfish Head Brewery celebrate Johnny Cash

The legendary musician would have turned 84 on Feb. 26

To celebrate what would have been Johnny Cash's 84th birthday, City Tap House in University City and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery are throwing a party Feb. 26.

Cash was a singer, guitarist and songwriter who mixed country, rock, blues and gospel to create his own inventive style. His career and music was, and continues to be, extremely influential.

As a tribute to the late singer, there will be live music from band Cask & Co., a special southern-style menu and a selection of Dogfish Head beers, including an exclusive 75 Minute IPA Cask, at the City Tap House event.

Attendees can arrive as early as 5 p.m. for the party but the live show won't begin until 6:30 p.m.
