U.S. Sen. Bob Casey, D-Pa., will host the first in a series of statewide town hall meetings in Philadelphia this upcoming Sunday, March 12, at the Penn Museum.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the museum's Harrison Auditorium. Additional details can be found here.
Casey recently announced the town hall meetings in response to the demands of constituents requesting face-to-face conversations. Details on his additional town halls have not yet been announced.
Pennsylvania's other U.S. senator, Pat Toomey, R-Pa., hosted a live-streamed Q&A on Facebook on March 6 but has not set a date for an in-person town hall, despite a strong urging from constituents, including from weekly demonstrators with the group Tuesdays with Toomey.
