In this dated photo, Leah Still celebrates her last round of cancer treatment.

On Saturday, current NFL free agent Devon Still took to Instagram to share news of an extraordinary win: His daughter, Leah, is two years cancer-free.

Leah, now 6, was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare form of pediatric cancer, in 2014 and was given a 50-50 chance of surviving. Today, she's thriving and is just as cute as ever.

The Instagram photo shared by Still is actually a throwback, taken in the hospital as the father-daughter pair awaited news of a diagnosis that would turn their worlds upside down.

Throughout her treatment, the Stills kept the world abreast on Leah's condition and raised money for children fighting cancer through the formation of the Still Strong Foundation.
