Chip Kelly has spent the entirety of the offseason remaking the Eagles roster. Out with the likes of Foles, McCoy and Maclin. In with Bradford, Murray and Agholor. And that's just scratching the surface.
So, now comes the big question. Are any they better?
No ... not if you ask the folks at Bovada, who listed the Eagles’ over/under at nine games — or one victory less than Kelly’s Birds had in each of his first two seasons.
