After last year's successful Feminist Flea Market and Craft Fair, organizers are hosting a repeat, this time with more vendors and in a bigger venue.
The second fair will be taking place at the Underground Arts venue on Saturday, February 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature 80 vendors, nearly tripling last year's list. Products sold will include baked goods, clothing, jewelry and skincare and holistic products.
All proceeds from the $3 entry fee will be donated to the non-profit advocacy group WOAR (Women Organized Against Rape).
"The first time we hosted the flea market back in October 700 people came and we were able to raise over $2,000 for charity," said Rebecca Aronow, one of the organizers.
