Urban Land Institute Philadelphia and the Knight Foundation took on a new national survey to discover what makes a neighborhood great.

The survey, called "America in 2015," discussed everything from transportation to housing. The results will be released during a panel discussion Tuesday, Oct. 27.

The panel discussion will include a keynote speech by ULI Chief Content Officer Kathleen Carey about the study's implications on land use and real estate. Then, Brad Copeland, Executive Director, Mt. Airy USA; Tammy Leigh Dement, Associate Director, Civic Landscapes, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society; and David Waxman, Founder and Managing Partner, MM Partners, will discuss its findings.

Attendees will also receive a free copy of this study for use in the private and public sector.
